Criss Cross Comics

Yesterday we launched our new comic CCN with two strips. One, a birthday tribute to our friend Ramona and the other a look at the Blackberry Pandemic. CCN will be updated everyday sometimes twice a day to give our readers a reason to come to the site more often. While we have breaks between comics.Why the new comic? Because we wanted to have something that could be updates easily. A news anchor was perfect for that. But what inspired us to look at a news anchor. Honestly it happened last week while watch the local news. Local Journalist Shawn Green, a mutual friend of Nyx and I from University was bringing over the sports and that was when it hit me. One week later, the comic was drawn. In tribute to shawn, we named the anchor Shawn James.What does this mean for our other serials and promised cartoon? It means we can spend time to developing each of them so as to give readers a proper story.The response to CCN so far has been promising but it has only been 24 hours since we launched it.
